If you don't know Schumer thi is the idiot that claimed America doesn't care about those little pork bills back during Obama's so called stimulus package. You know the one that was nothing but Pork!

Now Schumer is all up set about a nation wide bill on reciprocity with legal Concealed Carry citizens. You see when you get a Concealed hand gun licences this only allows a person to conceal carry in their state or states that are reciprocal with their state. This bill would change that allowing CHLs to be valid even in states that doesn't allow oncealed carry. So Schumer is threating to Filibuster the bill despite his own people asking for it.

New York State - -(AmmoLand.com)- New York Sen. Charles Schumer announced Friday that he would do all it takes to prevent Bill S. 845 — a bill that will establish concealed carry reciprocity amongst the majority of US states, from passing the Senate including a filibuster.

“To say that someone who gets a license in another state can then take their gun into Central Park or into Eisenhower Park without any checking with local law enforcement is appalling and could affect our safety,” Schumer (D-N.Y.) said in a recent interview.

Schumer, estimated the amendment has the support of about 55 senators and pledged a filibuster to prevent a vote on the amendment if necessary.

Chuck has to be the dumbest member of congress ever elected - or would that be Barney Frank. Hard decision, as one seems to trump the other every time they are in the news! I think I despise Schumer more. Now, if we could just get rid of Feinstein and Boxer, CA might not be as bad as NY.
