Default the best time to go fishing

If you're wondering when is the best time to go fishing, try after it rains. We got caught in a small shower today down at the lake wile fishing. Once the rain quit we started casting all over again. It would't take me 5min until i had a bass jumping around for dear life! They was swimming the swore line looking for bugs landing on over hanging grass blades etc.

Anytime is a good time to go fishing. It's my favorite pass time. Check my location.

Ya, it's all good for sure...especially when it gets you out of town for a while :)
So where do you go fishing?

Oak Creek, Ivy, Brownwood, Amistad. I just got back from the coast. We fished some in Galveston Bay. I am in the process of trying to find a job out around Houston so I will be closer to my dad and water.

Cool,

Whats it like fishing the bay? I've been wanting to do some salt water fishing for a while now.

I'm not really a sltwater guy, but it's growing on me. You never know what you are going to pull in next. We caught some cool shit this go around.

I also caught an 18"-20" blacktip shark, and a couple more stingrays. We caught about 25 gafftop catfish and a few other things. If you ever go fishing for a day, go to Matagorda Bay in September, October hire a guide and fish for trout and redfish. We did that last year and had a blast. The guide we had was a member of the Texas saltwater fishing team and I actually saw him on the outdoors channel a couple weeks after that tearing it up.
